For pottery, basketry and craft workshops

Online booking for your craft workshop

A pottery-wheel or basketry workshop can't take just anyone who shows up: real capacity is set by how many workstations, wheels or materials you actually have, and that count is easy to lose track of when it's handled by phone, WhatsApp or a form that only reaches you by email.

The usual pattern is bookings scattered across calls, Instagram messages and the occasional email, juggling by hand how many spots are left for the next session. It works with low demand, but as soon as several groups line up for the same slot — or someone asks to gift the workshop without a fixed date — it's easy to overbook a session that no longer has a free wheel or a spot at the table.

What changes with your own page

  • Each session has its own real capacity, set by the wheels, workstations or materials you actually have available, and the page stops taking bookings the moment it's full.
  • Students pay when they book, not on the day of the workshop — if you need to reschedule for lack of materials or kiln space, you handle the change directly.
  • You can publish the one-afternoon intro session and the multi-session course (with firing or drying time in between) as separate activities, each with its own price and capacity.
  • The gift voucher separates the purchase from the date — useful when whoever's gifting the workshop doesn't know which weekend the recipient will pick.

In the demo (set up as a surf school, but the system is identical) you can try it yourself: a student picks a date and time, sees the spots left, and pays online. Applied to your workshop, every session or course would have its own capacity, its own dates and your prices, under your name. See the demo →

No monthly fee, no setup cost. Just 6% on whatever gets booked through your page (€2.50 minimum per booking, only relevant on very low-priced bookings).
