For ski schools and snow guides

Online booking for your ski lessons and snow routes

A session's real capacity isn't set by the slope or trail space alone: it's set by how many instructors, guides and gear (skis, boards, snowshoes) you actually have available that day, and that count is easy to lose track of when it's handled by phone or WhatsApp while you're also prepping gear and checking the snow report.

The usual pattern is bookings scattered across calls, WhatsApp messages and the odd deposit by bank transfer or payment link, juggling by hand how many spots are left in each lesson or route and whether a group hits the minimum headcount you need for the outing to go ahead. It works with low volume, but over long weekends and Christmas — families booking weeks ahead, groups calling the same day for the next — it's easy to overbook a session with no instructor or gear left, or accept a group that then doesn't reach the minimum.

What changes with your own page

  • Each session has its own real capacity, set by the instructors, guides and gear you actually have available, and the page stops taking bookings the moment it's full.
  • Clients pay when they book, not on the slope or at the meeting point — if a session has to be cancelled for lack of snow, avalanche risk or a storm, you handle the refund or reschedule directly.
  • You can publish the private lesson and the guided group route as separate activities, each with its own price, schedule and minimum or maximum capacity.
  • You know in advance how many people and what level are coming to each session, instead of sorting it out at the meeting point.

See what it would look like

In the demo (set up as a surf school, but the system is identical) you can try it yourself: a customer picks a date and time, sees the spots left, and pays online. Applied to your ski school or snow guide business, every private lesson or guided route would have its own capacity, its own dates and your prices, under your name. See the demo →

No monthly fee, no setup cost, not even during the snow-free months. Just 6% on whatever gets booked through your page (€2.50 minimum per booking, only relevant on very low-priced bookings).
