Online booking for your birds-of-prey exhibition
A session's real capacity isn't set by the space alone: it's also set by how many birds and handlers you actually have available that day, and that count is easy to lose track of when it's handled by phone or WhatsApp while you're also looking after the animals.
The usual pattern is bookings scattered across calls to the center and WhatsApp messages, juggling by hand how many spots are left in each session and whether a group hits the minimum headcount you need for the exhibition to go ahead. It works with low volume, but on a peak-season week — schools booking weeks ahead, families calling the same day — it's easy to overbook a session with no bird or handler left, or accept a group that then doesn't reach the minimum.
