Online booking for your tandem paragliding flights
A tandem flight's real capacity isn't set by how many people want to fly: it's set by how many pilots and wings you have operational that day and whether the wind window will actually hold, and that count is easy to lose track of when it's handled by phone or WhatsApp while you're also checking the forecast.
The usual pattern is bookings scattered across calls, WhatsApp messages and the odd deposit by bank transfer or payment link, juggling by hand how many flights each slot can take based on the pilots available and only confirming the passenger's weight on the day itself. It works with low volume, but on weekends and long weekends — families booking weeks ahead, people calling the same day for the next — it's easy to accept more first-timer flights than your pilots and wings can actually cover, or find out at the launch site that a passenger is over the maximum weight allowed.
