For bike rentals, cycling holiday guides and e-bike tours

Online booking for your bike tour

A bike or e-bike tour has a hard limit: the number of bikes you have ready for that departure, counting the ones still charging after the previous route. Managing that by phone or WhatsApp is manageable with a handful of departures a day, but gets messy in high season, when several groups ask about the same time slot and it's not always clear how many bikes are actually free.

The usual pattern for a bike rental shop or cycling holiday guide is splitting bookings across calls, WhatsApp messages and Instagram comments, jotting down by hand how many bikes or e-bikes are left for each departure. That works with a handful of routes a day, but once a large group books alongside individual customers asking about the same slot, it's easy to lose track of how many units — and which sizes — you actually have available.

What changes with your own page

  • You publish each route with the real capacity of bikes or e-bikes available that slot, without relying on jotting down what's left by hand.
  • Customers pay by card when they book, instead of depending on loose WhatsApp confirmations before each departure.
  • You can split routes by difficulty level, or regular bikes versus e-bikes, each with its own price and quota.
  • The gift voucher lets you sell the experience without a fixed date, and whoever receives it picks a slot within the real capacity available.

The demo uses a surf school as its example, but the flow — pick a slot, see the spots left, pay — is the same one you'd apply to a guided bike tour, an e-bike route through vineyards, or a downhill departure, each with its own capacity based on the bikes available that slot. See the demo →
