Yes. The pack (domain, setup and first month included) and the care plan have fixed prices, VAT included. Only the extras you tick are quoted separately, and they are never done or charged without your OK.

What do I need to provide?

Photos, your logo if you have one, and a description of your activities and prices. If you have no text or photos, tick it as an extra and we help.

Is there a minimum term?

No. The care plan is paid month by month and you can cancel whenever you want; it ends at the end of the month already paid. If you leave, we transfer the domain to you and give you a copy of the site.

What is a "small change" in the Plus plan?

Changing text, photos, prices, opening hours or an activity on an existing page, up to about 30 minutes of work. One change a month, not carried over. New pages or sections are quoted separately.

Will I pay a monthly fee for the booking link?

No. The booking link has no fee: we only earn 6% when you receive a paid booking (minimum €2.50 per booking). The only monthly cost is the website care plan.

I already have a website. What now?

Keep it and add only the booking link with online payment, with no monthly fee. Or rebuild it with us and tick the extra to move your content.

You do. We register it in your name or, if you already have one, connect it. The first year is included in the pack; renewals are included in the care plan.

When will I get the draft?

Within 24 hours (weekdays) after we receive your material. If the material arrives later, the time counts from that day.
