Online booking for your guided kayak tours

A kayak tour's real limit isn't a round number: it depends on how many single and double kayaks you have rigged that day and how many boats each guide can watch over, a count that gets messy fast once bookings for couples and groups start mixing across WhatsApp and Instagram.

The usual pattern is bookings scattered across calls, direct messages and a WhatsApp group, juggling by hand how many double kayaks are left for a couple and how many singles for the rest of the group. It works with low volume, but on an August weekend — tourists booking the cave tour a day ahead, families asking for a double kayak for the kids — it's easy to overbook a tour that's already out of the type of boat someone needs.

What changes with your own page

  • Each tour has its own real capacity, set by the kayaks and guides you actually have available that day, and stops taking bookings the moment it's full.
  • Single and double kayaks get published as separate activities, each with its own price and its own spot counter.
  • Customers pay when they book, not on the beach — if a tour has to be cancelled for wind or rough seas, you handle the refund or reschedule directly.
  • You know in advance how many kayaks of each type go out on each tour, instead of counting life vests on the shore.

Our demo page shows what an activity with timed departures and limited capacity looks like, bookable start to finish — that's roughly how your cave tour, sunset paddle or river trip would look, with your name, your schedule and your prices. See the demo →
