For stables, equestrian centers and horse riding trails
A horse riding trail or a first-timer ride can't take unlimited groups: the real capacity is set by how many horses you have free that day and how many guides you can send out with them, not by how many people happen to call. Juggling that by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram is manageable at low volume, but gets messy in high season or when several groups want the same slot.
The usual pattern at a stable or equestrian center is splitting bookings across calls, WhatsApp messages and Instagram comments, keeping track from memory of who's booked the 10:00 trail and who's on the 17:00 one. That works with a handful of rides, but once a family wants to gift a trail without a fixed date while another group asks if four more people can join Saturday's ride, it's easy to lose track of who's actually confirmed.
Our demo page shows what an activity with time slots and limited capacity looks like, bookable start to finish — this is how your horse riding trail, first-timer ride or riding lesson would look, with your name, your schedule and your prices. See the demo →
