For canyoning, rafting, via ferrata, quad routes and multi-adventure
A canyoning descent, a rafting run or a quad route can't take unlimited groups: the real capacity is set by the guides you can send out and the gear you have ready, not by how many people happen to message on WhatsApp. Managing that by hand is manageable at low volume, but gets messy once good weather fills the calendar all at once and several groups want the same slot.
The usual pattern at an adventure-tourism business is splitting bookings across calls, WhatsApp messages and Instagram comments, keeping track from memory of who's on the 9:00 canyon run and who's on the 16:00 route. That works with a handful of outings, but once a stag-party group asks about ten spots while another customer wants to gift the experience without a fixed date, it's easy to lose track of who's actually confirmed and paid.
Our demo page shows what an activity with time slots and limited capacity looks like, bookable start to finish — this is how your canyon descent, rafting run or quad route would look, with your name, your schedule and your prices. See the demo →
