For boat trips and catamaran excursions
Every seat on a boat departure has a real limit set by the boat itself, and every missed call on a busy July Saturday is a seat that either goes empty or gets sold twice by mistake.
The usual pattern is bookings scattered across the harbor phone line, the odd WhatsApp message, and whoever's at the ticket booth that morning — juggling by hand how many seats are left on each departure of the day. It works with low volume, but on a peak-season weekend — several departures back to back, people booking in the morning for the afternoon — it's easy to overbook a departure that's already full, or reach the dock with no real idea how many people will actually show up until the last minute.
Our demo page shows what an activity with timed departures and limited capacity looks like, bookable start to finish — that's roughly how your excursion would look, with your name, your schedule and your prices. See the demo →
