For boat trips and catamaran excursions

Online booking for your boat trips or catamaran excursions

Every seat on a boat departure has a real limit set by the boat itself, and every missed call on a busy July Saturday is a seat that either goes empty or gets sold twice by mistake.

The usual pattern is bookings scattered across the harbor phone line, the odd WhatsApp message, and whoever's at the ticket booth that morning — juggling by hand how many seats are left on each departure of the day. It works with low volume, but on a peak-season weekend — several departures back to back, people booking in the morning for the afternoon — it's easy to overbook a departure that's already full, or reach the dock with no real idea how many people will actually show up until the last minute.

What changes with your own page

  • Each departure has its own real capacity — your boat's actual capacity for that route — and the page stops taking bookings the moment it's full.
  • Customers pay when they book, not when they board — if a trip has to be cancelled for weather, you handle the refund or reschedule directly, without relying on collecting payment at the dock.
  • You can publish the shared departure and the private charter as two separate activities, each with its own price and capacity.
  • You know in advance how many people are showing up for each departure, instead of counting heads at the dock.

See what it would look like

In the demo (a surf school, though the booking logic is the same for any fixed-departure trip) you can see a customer pick the sailing, check the spots left on board, and pay without calling. Each boat trip would get its own schedule, its own onboard capacity and price. See the demo →

No monthly fee, no setup cost. Just 6% on whatever gets booked through your page (€2.50 minimum per booking, only relevant on very low-priced bookings).
