For dive centers and scuba schools
A dive's real capacity isn't set by the boat alone: it's also set by how many gear sets you have ready and how many students each instructor can take, and that count is easy to lose track of when it's handled by phone or WhatsApp.
The usual pattern is bookings scattered across calls to the center, Instagram messages and WhatsApp, juggling by hand how many try-dives, dive trips or course spots are left each day. It works with low volume, but on a peak-season weekend — several dives back to back, tourists booking a try-dive a day ahead — it's easy to overbook a dive with no gear left, or find out at the dock that you're short a wetsuit in a given size.
Our demo page shows what an activity with timed departures and limited capacity looks like, bookable start to finish — that's roughly how your try-dive, dive trip or course would look, with your name, your schedule and your prices. See the demo →
