For escape rooms

Online booking for your escape rooms

An escape room slot doesn't do half-measures: either the full group shows up at the exact time, or the whole slot is lost — there's no way to backfill it afterwards like a restaurant table. Running it over the phone or a shared spreadsheet makes it easy for two bookings to land on the same slot in the same room without anyone noticing until both groups turn up at the door.

With several rooms running in parallel — each with its own minimum and maximum player count — it's common to end up jotting down slots by hand in a diary or a spreadsheet shared between shift staff. That works while volume is low, but on a weekend, with birthdays and bachelor parties all booking the same time window, it's easy to double-book a slot, forget to block the reset time between sessions, or confirm more players than the room can physically hold.

What changes with your own page

  • Each room has its own calendar and its own real capacity — no one can book a slot that's already full or clash with a different room's session at the same hour.
  • Full payment happens at booking, not at the door — key when a no-show means losing the whole slot, not just one seat.
  • Whoever books states how many players are coming, so the group shows up already complete and known in advance, no last-minute calls to make up numbers.
  • You can sell gift vouchers to play a room — a common birthday gift — with nothing extra to track in a separate notebook.

Our demo page shows what a capacity-limited activity with fixed time slots looks like, bookable start to finish — that's roughly how your room would look, with your name, your slots and your prices. See the demo →
